Double house of five bays and one floor above a basement covered with a black tiled gable roof with a ridge, built according to the land registry archives in 1899. Well-maintained orange-red brick façade enriched with yellow highlighting and decorative friezes. Cemented plinth interrupted by square basement windows with beautiful iron grilles. Arched windows and central door accessible via a granite steep staircase with five steps and iron railings, beautiful panel door with glazed panels and transom with iron filling. Linearly concluding wooden crown molding on corbels.
