Wall Chapel Farm Biesemans
Between two parts of the former Biesemans farm, a small wall chapel connects the buildings as a religious pivot point. It is constructed from the same red-black bricks with white mortar and a black, moisture-proof lime layer at the bottom. At the top, a cross has been embedded in black stepping stones.
The chapel has a modest brick roof with a Boomse tile on either side. Above the small window, there is a brick arch made of red facade bricks. The window glass, placed directly in cement, is protected by a metal frame, to which a small crucifix is attached at the bottom left.
Inside, there is a weathered statue of Our Lady with the Christ Child in a damaged plaster setting. In front of the chapel, there is still a wooden kneeler that, like the entire structure, clearly shows signs of decay.
