Departure from the small parking lot Rameyenstraat 8 in Gestel. We walk past the pillory of Gestel, the green dike of the Nete (no cyclists), the Kruiskenberg with chapel. Coffee break after about 5 km at 't schipke by the Nete. Back along the cyclist-free green dike to the Hof van Rameyen. Final stop at tavern De Klappeistaak. It was a very quiet walk except for a short section between nodes 5 and 2. Good mix of nature, forest, and agricultural area.
