Von GE-Resse aus zum Kanal über geschotterte Waldwege zur Zoobrücke. Vom Zoo bis hinterm Nordsternpark am Kanal entlang und dort auf die neue frisch asphaltierte Zollvereinbahntrasse. Kurz vor der Zeche Zollverein trifft die Zollvereinbahntrassse auf die Erzbahntrasse die dann wieder zum Kanal führt.Die Strecke ist überwiegend geschottert nur das Teilstück vom Kanal bis E-Katernberg ist asphaltiert.
