Estadio Nueva Balastera is a football stadium in Palencia, Spain. It is the home ground of CF Palencia. The stadium holds 8,100 and was built in 2006, replacing the old La Balastera, built in 1943.It was built by a group of local enterprises with a final cost of €18,000,000. Its main promoter was president Alberto de la Corte López who proposed a new stadium for Palencia in 2001 and encouraged public and private institutions to take over the project. Corte López died after a long illness before the project completed.
