Llo is a French commune located in the southwest of the Pyrénées-Orientales department, in the Occitanie region. Historically and culturally, the commune is in Cerdagne, a high plain at an average altitude of 1,200 meters, extending east to west over approximately forty kilometers between Mont-Louis and Bourg-Madame.
