Almost traffic-free, paved route along the Meuse, just over the border. The river has carved a deep valley along this stretch. Besides the wild nature, you pass through picturesque villages/towns. The route was awarded the title "bicycle route of the year 2008" in the Netherlands. Last but not least: on the other side runs a railway line with several stations, making it possible to return to the starting point. Bicycles can travel for free on the train. Since July 9, 2020, the missing link of 7.4 km in Chooz is completed, allowing you to continue following the Meuse there.
