The Old IJssel Route can be started at various locations and takes you through the beautiful parts of the Gelderland Achterhoek.
Possible starting points are:
Hummelo, (Parking at the Dorpsstraat and ParkCamping de Graafschap) -
Zelhem, (at TOP on the Stationsplein) -
Doetinchem, (at Café De Kruisberg and Park camping 'de Graafschap') - Doesburg, (at the Great or Martini Church / V.V.V.).
The entire route is about 62 km long, and the route can be divided into two parts (East and West) in Hummelo if necessary. This is the old ANWB route, as it was previously signposted, but these signposts no longer exist. The ANWB currently only has the Old IJssel Route-East as a junction route on its website.
