Los cibernetizadores, también conocidos como la Torre Schöffer, son una obra abstracta de 52 metros de altura, construida con tubos de acero. La torre fue erigida en 1961 junto al Palacio de Congresos y figura en la lista de monumentos de la región valona. Esta instalación visionaria es especialmente original. El marco, dotado de placas, espejos y hojas en diversas formas y tamaños, es activado por un cerebro electrónico, que proporciona movimiento, luz y música. Esta es la obra más importante del artista franco-húngaro Nicolas Schöffer, el padre del arte cibernético.
