La Ruta de Poesía de Gante va desde el Centro de Poesía en la Plaza de Viernes hasta el S.M.A.K. en el Parque Citadel y cuenta con 20 ubicaciones. Hay una ruta de poesía juvenil separada. La ruta fue oficialmente inaugurada el 17 de octubre de 2000. La ruta es gestionada por la Ciudad de Gante. El Centro de Poesía ofrece caminatas guiadas.
