El punto de partida de esta ruta es el dominio provincial De Baliekouter en Wakken. A través de Oostrozebeke se conduce primero hacia la Poelberg de Tielt. Luego, la ruta gira en dirección a Oost-Vlaanderen. En Wontergem se llega al Leie. A través de St. Baafs-Vijve, St. Eloois-Vijve y el antiguo brazo del Leie de Ooigem, finalmente se regresa a Wakken en bicicleta.
