La ruta de 37 km, en su mayoría por carreteras planas, parte de la casa y la fábrica de bicicletas de Eddy Merckx en Sint-Brixius-Rode, una localidad de Meise. El recorrido te llevará, entre otros lugares, por el Jardín Nacional de Plantas y desde la Fluxenberg puedes disfrutar de un sorprendente panorama con el Atomium y la Basílica de Koekelberg en el horizonte en un día soleado.
