El Leutratal y Cospoth es una reserva natural en la ciudad independiente de Jena y en el distrito de Saale-Holzland en Turingia. La reserva natural, situada al sur del núcleo urbano de Jena, tiene una superficie de 582,9 ha. El valle de Leutra y el área alrededor del Cospoth, que mide 397 metros de altura, son partes de la reserva natural.
La reserva natural se encuentra en el área de la llanura de Ilm-Saale y Ohrdrufer y se sitúa entre los distritos de Jena Ammerbach, Göschwitz, Leutra y Winzerla, así como los lugares Nennsdorf, Oßmaritz y Schorba que pertenecen al municipio de Bucha.
