Glienecke es un barrio de la ciudad de Ziesar en el distrito de Potsdam-Mittelmark en Brandeburgo. La anteriormente independiente aldea fue incorporada a Ziesar el 1 de marzo de 2002.
La aldea de Glienecke se encuentra aproximadamente a un kilómetro al sur del Fiener Bruch. A través de la aldea fluye el Strepenbach, que desemboca un poco al noroeste en el Buckau. Justo antes de desembocar, recoge el agua del Litzenbach. A través de Glienecke pasa la carretera estatal 93, al sur, a un kilómetro de distancia, la ruta de la autopista federal 2 pasa junto al lugar.
