El castillo de Pölitz era un castillo bajo medieval del tipo de un motte del norte de Alemania, que se encuentra aproximadamente a 3 km al norte de Gedelitz. Se trata de un castillo en ruinas, ya que no se han conservado restos visibles en superficie de la estructura.
La fortificación se ubicaba en el gancho de Pölitz, que es un antiguo brazo del Elba. Un mapa de 1723 representa el cuerpo de agua en ese momento como un lago y muestra el montículo del castillo en una estrecha franja entre el lago y el Elba. Se supone que el montículo del castillo fue nivelado durante la regulación del Elba a finales del siglo XIX o en la década de 1930. Hoy en día, el lugar del castillo se encuentra cerca de una antigua granja que pertenecía al antiguo asentamiento de Pölitz.
