La Diakonía de Stetten, anteriormente Institución de Stetten, es una institución de la Diakonía de las iglesias evangélicas con sede en la localidad de Stetten en Remstal, parte del municipio de Kernen en Remstal en el distrito de Rems-Murr cerca de Stuttgart.
La Diakonía de Stetten se originó a partir de la institución de curación y cuidado para niños con discapacidad fundada en 1849 en Riet cerca de Vaihingen/Enz por el médico de Tubinga Georg Friedrich Müller con tres niños discapacitados. En 1851, debido a la falta de espacio, se trasladó a Winterbach. Después de que también allí el espacio se volviera insuficiente debido al aumento en el número de residentes en el hogar, el yerno de Müller, Johannes Landenberger, facilitó la compra del castillo vacío de Stetten al hogar real de Wutemburgo en 1863. En 1864, la institución de curación y cuidado para epilépticos y personas con discapacidad abrió en el castillo de Stetten.
