El Distrito de Uckermark es un distrito de Alemania ubicado en el estado federal de Brandeburgo. Se trata de uno de los distritos con mayor superficie de todo el territorio alemán. La capital del distrito reside en la ciudad de Prenzlau.
El Landkreis Uckermark se ubica al noreste del estado de Brandenburg y posee frontera con la república de Polonia. Gran parte del territorio ha pertenecido a la región histórica del Uckermark, solo una parte septentrional del Landschaft Uckermark ha pertenecido a los distritos de Mecklenburg-Vorpommern . Los municipios vecinos por el norte son los que corresponden a los distritos de Mecklenburg-Strelitz y Uecker-Randow, al sur el distrito de Barnim y al oeste el distrito de Oberhavel.
