Esta caminata sigue un gran tramo del sendero premium Greimerather Weg. Salida y aparcamiento disponibles en Landhaus Girtenmuehle (camping y hotel). Sin asfalto. La ruta transcurre unos 100 metros por una gran carretera (la B 268), pero se ha habilitado un sendero junto a la cuneta. Bonitos caminos y senderos boscosos, pero con poca variedad. Lamentablemente, el constante ruido de los aerogeneradores cerca de la B 268.
