La Delfín Tower es un rascacielos residencial de 23 plantas y 95 metros de altura propuesto que será construido en Benidorm, España. Pese a su no muy elevada altura, destacará por su silueta en forma de vela y por ser uno de los primeros edificios de viviendas en España que contará con la certificación LEED Oro otorgada por el US Green Building Council.[2] Se situará en primera línea de playa en parte de la parcela ocupada por el Gran Hotel Delfín. La licencia de segregación de la parcela fue concedida por el Ayuntamiento de Benidorm a mediados de julio de 2017.[3] La mercantil que promueve el proyecto se registró en octubre de 2016, se ubica en Callosa d'en Sarrià y pertenece al empresario Sergio Vidal Balaguer.[4][5]
