El Reino de los Mallos
La primera etapa del Camino Natural de la Hoya de Huesca, une las dos localidades de Aragón más conocidas por sus mallos, recorriendo los municipios de Agüero, Murillo de Gállego (Zaragoza) y Las Peñas de Riglos, siendo coincidente en algunas partes con el GR 1. Los mallos son formaciones geológicas características por sus formas cilíndricas y paredes verticales de conglomerados del Mioceno, son denominados así en todo el prepirineo aragonés, destacando en tamaño e importancia los de la vecina localidad de Riglos, final de esta primera etapa. El inicio se localiza en el pueblo de Agüero, que está situado en el extremo noroccidental de la comarca de la Hoya de Huesca, a los pies de sus imponentes mallos.
