Olargues, también así en occitano, es una localidad y comuna de Francia situada en el Departamento de Hérault y en la región de Languedoc-Rosellón. Se encuentra dentro del Parque natural regional del Alto Languedoc. El pueblo ha sido distinguido entre los pueblos más bellos de Francia.Sus habitantes son llamados en francés Olarguais . Olargues es cabecera de cantón y sede de la Mancomunidad de comunas de Orb y Jaur.
