La ciudadela de Bitche es una antigua fortificación militar situada en una colina dominante de la villa de Bitche, en el departamento de Mosela en Francia. Está compuesta por elementos construidos entre el siglo XIII y el siglo XIX, y especialmente del siglo XVII por obra del ingeniero francés Sébastien Le Prestre de Vauban. La ciudadela, obra maestra de la arquitectura militar que fue destruida y reconstruida varias veces a lo largo de la historia, conserva el sistema defensivo avanzado, una capilla, los edificios del cuerpo de guardia y el polvorín, habiendo sido declarada monumento histórico en 1972, el más importante del Pays de Bitche.
