La batalla de Wissembourg, también llamada batalla de Geisberg o batalla de Wissembourg-Geisberg, es la primera batalla de la guerra franco-prusiana de 1870 que tuvo lugar el 4 de agosto de 1870, en la frontera norte de Alsacia, en el mismo lugar que las primeras y segundas batallas de 1793. Los combates de la víspera alrededor de Sarrebruck solo habían involucrado contingentes reducidos. Es un combate de encuentro donde el mando francés, por falta de información, se deja sorprender por un enemigo superior en número.
