Newquay es un pueblo, parroquia, estación turística costera y puerto ubicado en la costa atlántica norte de Cornualles, Inglaterra. Limita al oeste con el río Gannel y al este con el Porth Valley. De acuerdo al censo de 2001, tenía una población permanente de 19.423 habitantes.
En la punta extremo oeste de Inglaterra, Cornualles es un paraíso surfista y Newquay su capital. Newquay es el corazón de la escena surfera del Reino Unido.
