Los Tribunales Penales de Justicia son el principal edificio de los tribunales penales en la República de Irlanda. Se encuentra en Parkgate Street, cerca del Phoenix Park.
El edificio del tribunal, que se inauguró oficialmente en enero de 2010, reemplazó a los Cuatro Tribunales y otros edificios como el lugar para la mayoría de los asuntos penales ante el Tribunal de Distrito de Dublín y el Tribunal de Circuito de Dublín. El complejo también alberga las sesiones regulares del Tribunal Penal Central, el Tribunal Penal Especial y es la sede de la división penal del Tribunal de Apelación. Los Cuatro Tribunales y el Palacio de Justicia de Green Street todavía se utilizan para casos civiles.
