Veghel ; Veghels: Vèghel) es un lugar en el municipio de Meierijstad, en la provincia neerlandesa de Brabante del Norte. Veghel está ubicado en la Meierij de 's-Hertogenbosch y cuenta con más de 32,000 habitantes. En 1225 se menciona a Veghel por primera vez como Vehchele. Debido al desarrollo urbano desde mediados del siglo XIX, Veghel fue llamado más tarde la Perla de la Meierij, refiriéndose a la función regional de Veghel en la Meierij del Medio Brabante. Veghel se encuentra en el paisaje nacional Het Groene Woud.
