Blokker es un antiguo municipio neerlandés en la provincia de North Holland. El municipio se encontraba al noreste de la ciudad de Hoorn y constaba de los lugares Westerblokker y Oosterblokker. En la reorganización municipal de West-Frisia el 1 de enero de 1979, Westerblokker fue añadido al municipio de Hoorn, mientras que Oosterblokker se integró en el municipio de Bangert, donde un tercio se integró en el municipio de Venhuizen.
