Salida y llegada en la piscina de Neerbeek, con un amplio aparcamiento.
Ruta de gravel no demasiado difícil (60 %). En parte, transcurre por el recorrido del Campeonato Mundial de gravel.
También es muy adecuada para bicicletas eléctricas.
Hay varias terrazas; a mitad de la ruta, una preciosa terraza en el jardín trasero de «Gastrobar Die Twie¨ (Bemelen)».
La ruta atraviesa campos y bosques, pasa por el «Gerendal», con su jardín de orquídeas, y junto al gran cementerio de guerra «American Cemetery¨».
