Meo es la marca comercial de un servicio de telecomunicaciones en casa suscripción quadruple-play proporcionada por Portugal Telecom . El servicio se puede realizar a través de ADSL2 disponible en todo Portugal, FTTH o internet vía satélite.
El servicio se inició como prueba piloto en la ciudad de Lisboa en 2006 y se amplió posteriormente en Oporto y Castelo Branco, en Portugal. El lanzamiento comercial del servicio de ADSL2 + se llevó a cabo en junio de 2007, y el servicio por satélite se llevó a cabo en abril de 2008 que opera en el Hispasat satélite, pronto seguida por el servicio de FTTH.
