La segunda etapa tiene 62 km de largo. Después de cruzar en ferry desde Setúbal, la ruta va de Tróia a Santiago do Cacém. La primera parte transcurre por un paisaje llano y arenoso, más tarde se vuelve más montañoso con una seria subida en los últimos 5 km hacia Santiago.
