La Piller Höhe, haute de 1558 m, relie la vallée supérieure de l'Inn au Pitztal. En haut se trouve une maison de nature et le Gacher Blick : une construction en béton avec un débordement sur la vallée de l'Inn, d'où l'on a une belle vue sur les environs.
Le sommet peut être atteint par quatre chemins :
par l'est depuis Wenns, le côté le moins escarpé, deux possibilités depuis Fließ, et enfin depuis Prutz.
Les deux ascensions depuis Fließ sont les plus raides (jusqu'à 15 % et l'ancienne montée ouest jusqu'à 20 %).
