Cette maison de maître est un monument protégé depuis 2002, il s'agit d'un cottage reconstruit en 1923 selon un plan de l'architecte Oscar Dumon de 1910.
Elle possède une façade charmante dont le soubassement est en pierre bleue et le parement en pierres décoratives jaunes avec des bandes décoratives sombres. Le faux colombage au deuxième étage et au pignon est constitué d'un relief en ciment. Le toit de la loggia sert également de plancher pour un petit balcon, qui est à son tour couvert d'un auvent en ardoise.
Bien que la maison de maître ait été initialement conçue comme résidence privée, elle est aujourd'hui utilisée comme hôtel.
