Le Topsporthal Vlaanderen est un établissement situé dans la ville belge de Gand. Il a été construit à l'occasion des championnats d'Europe d'athlétisme en salle en 2000, pour lesquels Gand était la ville hôte. Il a été réalisé grâce à un partenariat public-privé entre le gouvernement flamand, le Bloso, l'administration provinciale de Flandre-Orientale, Flanders Expo et l'administration municipale de Gand. L'établissement est géré par Sport Vlaanderen Gand.
