La brasserie Crombé est une entreprise de bière belge. Auparavant, c'était une brasserie familiale belge, fondée vers 1800 et située dans la commune de Zottegem en Flandre orientale.
Le directeur actuel est Jo Crombé (7ème génération).
L'eau de source propre est encore décalcifiée de manière artisanale, mais le véritable processus de brassage a lieu à la brasserie Strubbe à Ichtegem. La brasserie Crombé est un nom commercial pour la recette et la tradition d'une famille de brasseurs renommée, le Café 't Brouwershof, et une installation de brasserie complètement vieillissante et devenue inutilisable.
