Le moulin du village était l’un des trois moulins de ban de Stetten. Parmi ceux-ci, seul le Seemühle existe encore en plus du moulin du village. Le moulin du village a été mentionné pour la première fois en 1494. Autrefois, on l’appelait le moulin supérieur.
Jusqu’en 1829, le moulin appartenait à la seigneurie locale, jusqu’à ce qu’il devienne propriété privée. En 1959, la roue du moulin a été remplacée par une turbine. 15 ans plus tard, l’exploitation du moulin a pris fin en raison du remplissage du canal du moulin. Jusqu’en 1998, le moulin était encore utilisé pour le commerce de la farine. L’ensemble de la technologie du moulin est conservé. Le moulin est actuellement en cours de rénovation.
