Le château des Commandeurs d'Añón est un édifice militaire construit entre les XIIe et XIVe siècles dans l'actuelle municipalité d'Añón de Moncayo, appartenant à la province de Saragosse. Il fait partie de l'ensemble des fortifications de la vallée du Huecha. Depuis le XIIe siècle, Añón était la première force aragonaise face à Castille sur la voie du Huecha, un passage naturel entre les deux royaumes. À cette époque, il appartenait à l'Ordre de Saint-Jean.[1]
