La grotte des Trois-Frères est située sur la commune de Montesquieu-Avantès dans le terroir de Volvestre , dans le département de l'Ariège, en région Occitanie, France.C'est une grotte ornée, dite grotte-sanctuaire, du Magdalénien , qui a livré peu de mobilier. Mais elle abrite la figure iconique du « chamane dansant », et ses plus de 1 300 gravures et peintures représentent plus de la moitié de l'art pariétal des Pyrénées ariégeoises. L'abbé Breuil la classe parmi les six géants de l'art pariétal préhistorique.
