Le Sunshine Reggae Festival se déroule chaque année depuis 2011 à Lauterbourg située dans le Bas-Rhin en Alsace, Lauterbourg est frontalière avec l'Allemagne, organisé par l'association d'Arts & Culture de Lauterbourg, durant 3 jours au début du mois de mai, le festival accueille des artistes reggae sur le site du camping municipal, au bord du lac du bassin des mouettes.
Le festival voit le jour en 2011 sous l’impulsion de Philippe Bidari, avec le soutien du maire de la ville de Lauterbourg Jean-Michel Fetsch, une association a été créer afin de promouvoir la culture & l'art en Alsace.
