Le cimetière de Vichy, appelé aussi cimetière des Bartins, du nom du quartier où il se trouve, est le cimetière communal et l'unique cimetière de Vichy . Créé en 1866 sous Napoléon III pour remplacer le cimetière des Moutiers qui se trouvait dans ce qui était en train de devenir le quartier thermal, il couvre 13 hectares et comprend 16 500 concessions, deux carrés militaires de plus de 500 tombes — principalement des soldats gravement blessés lors de la Première Guerre mondiale et morts dans les hopitaux temporaires de Vichy — deux carrés musulmans, deux carrés israélites et un colombarium.
