Dans un parc ombragé et fleuri, au bord de l'étang de La Roche aménagé pour la baignade (sous réserve qualité de l'eau), 6 gîtes mitoyens deux par deux, chacun avec une terrasse indépendante et salon de jardin. Loisirs et services sur place : randonnées, baignade (plage à 500m.) surveillée en juillet et août, paddle, canoë, mini golf, city stade, jeux pour enfants, pêche (mars à octobre), toutes ces activités sont gratuites. Médiathèque du Père Castor avec son terrain d'aventures, son labyrinthe végétal, expositions, observation de la nature.
