La Charité-sur-Loire - par D907 le long de la Loire au sud - jusqu’à Munot - D110 - Champvoux - D110 - Chaulgnes - Eugnes - Usseaux - Pinay - Poulanges - Parigny-les-Vaux - le long de Boulorges - Varennes - D148 - passé Château la Brosse - la Plaine - Nevers <DÉJEUNER>
Après le pont sur la Loire, quitter Nevers en direction du sud par la D907 – puis R par la D149 – rond-point – Challuy – après les Argougniaux quelques km sur la D976 jusqu’au pont sur l’Allier – D976 à La Grenouille, ici L off – Suivre la D45 le long de l’Allier – Apremont-sur-Alllier – D100 – D76 – Les Coqs – Grossouvre – D920 – Sancoins
