Le tunnel Sveti Rok est un tunnel sur l'autoroute A1 près de Lika, en Croatie. Le tunnel mesure 5687 m de long et traverse la montagne Velebit entre les villages de Sveti Rok et Posedarje. C'est une partie importante de l'A1 de Zagreb à Šestanovac.
Le tube ouest a été ouvert en 2003 et la moitié est a été complètement forée en 2008. Le complexe du tunnel a été officiellement inauguré le 30 mai 2009. Ainsi, le Sveti Rok est le plus long tunnel à quatre voies de Croatie.
