Cloghan est un village situé dans le centre rural du comté de Donegal, en Irlande. Cloghan se trouve sur la route régionale R252, à 13 km au nord-ouest des "Villes Jumelées" de Ballybofey et Stranorlar.
Cloghan possède l'une des zones de pêche les plus prolifiques pour le saumon sauvage et la truite de mer en Irlande. Le système fluvial Finn comprend un bassin versant d'environ 510 kilomètres carrés et inclut jusqu'à 20 lacs ainsi que la rivière Finn et la rivière Reelan.
