Le diocèse de Suse est une Église particulière de l'Église catholique en Italie. Érigé en 1772, il est supprimé en 1803 mais est rétabli dès 1817. Il couvre le val de Suse. Suffragant de l'archidiocèse métropolitain de Turin, il relève de la région ecclésiastique du Piémont-Val d'Aoste. Le siège épiscopal est vacant depuis le retrait de Mgr Alfonso Badini Confalonieri en 2019.
Le diocèse de Suse confine : au nord-ouest, avec le diocèse de Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne uni, depuis 1966, à l'archidiocèse de Chambéry ; au nord-est et à l'est, avec l'archidiocèse de Turin ; au sud, avec le diocèse de Pignerol ; à l'ouest, avec le diocèse de Gap .
