La région des Abruzzes [ɑb.ʁyz] , plus couramment appelée les Abruzzes, est une des régions d'Italie centre-méridionale.
Sa capitale est la ville de L'Aquila. La région regroupe les anciennes provinces médiévales de l'Abruzze ultérieure au nord et l'Abruzze citérieure au sud. Ses habitants s'appellent les Abruzzais .
