Lent est un lieu de résidence et un quartier de la municipalité néerlandaise de Nimègue. Il est séparé du centre de la ville par la rivière Waal, sur la rive nord de laquelle il se trouve. Depuis Lent, il y a 2 km jusqu'au centre de Nimègue. Lent dispose également depuis juin 2002 d'une gare (Nimègue Lent) pour desservir le nouveau quartier de Nimègue-Nord (Waalsprong); cette gare se trouve sur la ligne Nimègue - Arnhem.
