Descrizione: Questo mulino ad acqua è già stato menzionato nel 1276 in 'le Vieil Rentier d'Audenarde'. Ha dato il suo nome alla fattoria e al ruscello che lo circondano ed è stato utilizzato per spremere semi (come le nocciole) per estrarne olio. Questo è avvenuto fino alla Prima Guerra Mondiale. Attorno al 1791, il complesso è stato ampliato con un mulino per cereali. Ha interrotto le sue attività negli anni '50. Fortunatamente, la famiglia Delfairière-Vandesande ha mantenuto il complesso in buone condizioni, ad eccezione della ruota che ha sofferto a causa del passare del tempo. Dal punto di vista tecnico, questo mulino è piuttosto interessante, poiché combina la forza dell'acqua per la ruota a palestra con il peso dell'acqua per la ruota a secchi.
