Questa casa borghese è un monumento protetto dal 2002, si tratta di un cottage ricostruito nel 1923 secondo un progetto dell'architetto Oscar Dumon del 1910.
Ha una facciata affascinante i cui plinto è in pietra dura blu e il rivestimento è in pietre decorative gialle con bande decorative scure. Il pseudo-fachwerk al secondo piano e nella facciata angolare è composto da un rilievo in cemento. Il tetto della bay-window funge anche da pavimento per un piccolo balcone, che a sua volta è coperto da un tetto in ardesia.
Mentre la casa borghese è stata inizialmente progettata come abitazione privata, oggi è utilizzata come hotel.
