Uno dei mulini più fotografati del mondo. Il mulino fu costruito nel 1867 sul basamento di un vecchio mulino di legno. Da secoli qui si trovava un mulino da ban che nel 1267 venne venduto alla città dalla contessa Margherita di Costantinopoli. Nel bastione del mulino è ospitato un frantoio. È un monumento protetto e fa parte del panorama urbano tutelato. Il mulino è aperto al pubblico. Puoi visitare il mulino dal 1° aprile al 30 settembre il sabato, la domenica e nei giorni festivi dalle 9:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 13:00 alle 18:00. In altri giorni è possibile visitare il mulino con una guida, previa prenotazione presso il Servizio di Turismo di Damme.
