Il muro geologico
“Rappresentando più di 540 milioni di anni di storia!” Questo era il compito assegnato allo scultore Paolo Gasparoto. Aveva l'idea di rappresentare una scala temporale in tre dimensioni, per attirare l'attenzione sulla roccia e sul suolo vallone. Vicino al percorso geologico pedonale a Comblain-au-Pont e accanto alla cava sotterranea “Petit Banc”, la sua opera è stata realizzata. I visitatori possono arrampicarsi su un muro lungo 54 m con un inclinazione di 30°. Ogni metro percorso è un salto di 10 milioni di anni indietro nel tempo! Unico al mondo. Quest'opera è molto interessante in termini scientifici, didattici e artistici, e i visitatori non guarderanno mai più le rocce nello stesso modo.
